This takes many forms including replacement loan equipment in the case of warranty breakdowns, replacement parts shipped overnight, urgent designs and drawings supplied the same day. Whatever is required we will endeavour to supply on time.

MIDAS ProSound is dedicated to training clients on all the systems we supply. Sometimes this is provided by the equipment manufacturers but mostly we arrange sessions in house with our own staff in our dedicated training room. Whatever we use or sell is backed up with a comprehensive in depth knowledge of the products involved, enabling us to maintain high standards of back up and support.
